People have asked the same question in several threads now. With 13 of the 18 developers gone, there is much more for the remaining 5 to fix and go through before the Chunk can go live since they were so many more working on this next Chunk earlier. Give it time. Rumors indicate that the PTS will be up this week, but anything can happen.
