Ok stats for the first 50-60 levels (since leveling is so fast) is usually to just do 2 STR, 2 AGI & 1 END every other level and 2 STR, 1 AGI & 2 END every other. Just go with that and you'll be fine.
As your leveling starts to slow down you can look at a more gear-specific build. Some guidelines is to keep you Health over 100x Your Level and your Agility so that your Attack Rating is 150x Your Level for 2-handers and 100x your level for 1-handers. Minimum. Many have a lot more, doing less damage but also taking less damage, not having to use as much potions.

For the first 34 levels (I'm a very casual player), I've been putting my points into STR and AGI, at a 3-2 ratio. I get all END bonuses from gear. I expect and plan to respec at some point in the future, as equipment changes and skills change.

You may want to consider replacing that lvl 10 amulet you are wearing, it is almost half your level and there's a lot better stuff out there for you that is closer to your level by now.

You're still early enough in the game that I would recommend experimenting, trying out different approaches and tactics, and once you find your own playing style, respec and adapt your build to what suits you best. I can tell you exactly what I'm doing, but what works for me will not necessarily work for you.

Here, I remember posting the most basic builds a while ago. This isn't based on personal preferance or anything, it's just the basic, common stat builds. You're free to experiment 'course, 'cept I wouldn't reccomend hybridizing.
