Ok well the game has been pretty fun so far,I have myself and another person playing this game on the same network.

My machine run's the game perfectly fine and i've put in over an hour in one session since i started to play and never got disconnected.

Now the other person playing on another computer can play the game just perfect but every 15-25mins they get disconnected while in the middle of doing something and get booted back to the login screen...you can almost time it to be about 15 mins.

So far I have formated the machine,installed all newest Windows XP pro SP2 patches along with newest motherboard drivers for the onboard NIC.

Also disabled the onboard nic now and installed a 3com 10/100 PCI card hoping this would fix the problem and it still happens at the same exact amount of time.

I have tried setting network cards for throughput instead of for CPU,also have disabled the power saving features on them.

The only thing i haven't tried that i can think of is network cord,but they have no issues what so ever with other online activites.

Could anyone help and maybe give some more suggestions or know of an answer pls?

Just a few questions you didn't supply that also might help.

Are you running both on the same gateway/router?
Or is it internet connection sharing through windows?

I had this experience with another game, and it was indeed the net cord. I could get online and email and such but games went bust until I replaced it.

yes I am using a router and both machines are hardwired,I have not opened the ports for the game yet but i really shouldn't need to if one machine can play forever without a disconnect.

I'll try it I guess.

Well I used DMZ on the machine that was having the disconnect problem and they still happen at around the same amount of time.

I also just tried a USB wireless G card on that machine and still the exact same disconnect even while just running around in town.
