I am still unable to log in also. Unlike some here, its not a random occurrence, I have yet to get past the login screen in about 999 attempts since yesterday afternoon Thanks very much for the update though, as long as I know the problem is acknowledged and is being worked on I can deal with it!

All of the worlds have gone down, perhaps they are instituting the patch.

Well, it worked... for about a minute. I was at the character screen, trying to decide what I wanted to make my second one to be, and then I got disconnected.

Now, the same error. Heh. At least it's in-progress.

So yes, we apologize, some of you all might see the "Operation Unavailable" error when you try to login. However, accounts should no longer be getting locked out thanks to the patch that was just applied. If you see the error, please wait a little bit (2-5 minutes) and try again. I was able to get my account back in after receiving the error.

It looks like the issue has gone from a pain to an inconvenience The developers are continuing their investigations into exactly what is causing the issue and should have a fix soon.

Again, very sorry for the frustration.
