Irritates me that they are trying to blame routers, etc. If they read this thread they would know thats not the issue. As further proof, I cannot log into my member account at home or at work which are 60 miles apart. I use a router at home, none at work, and am on two entirely different cable connections.

yeah, with one or two people having the issue I could see the router issue to prove it but with this many something is hosed! HOSED, I SAY!

I had this problem yesterday, but have gotten in twice this morning with no issues.

We have a possible fix going down the pipeline now. If this fix passes QA it will go live ASAP. Since we don't know the status just yet, I'm afraid we don't have an ETA. But it is urgent.

If it wasn't for the folks who submitted tech tickets this possible fix would have taken us MUCH longer to complete. So we want to give out a big THANK YOU!!! for those who went through the process. Posting is great, since it lets us know the magnitude of the problem, but it doesn't really help us get down to the nitty gritty. I say that because I just want you guys to know how important support tickets are, because just simply informing us of the problem is generally only half the battle. So even if you know someone else submitted a support ticket, just remember that sending in a ticket yourself is STILL tremendously helpful. Checking for commonalities and other factors is a must for us.

I created the account to create tickets just fine. Every time I tried to create a ticket though, it just slowly timed out. I typed up probably 10 tickets after doing several different things to make sure the timeouts were not on my end. I'm glad there were those who were able to submit tickets. I am not one of them.

I played the game several times this weekend and noticed no issues. Clearly, we need a better method of determining when an issue arises.
