Ok, bit of a noob here. What exactyl does attack rating give you? I think it improves your chance to hit, but not 100% sure. Thanks for the help ^_^

Edit: quick! Reply before my respec time runs out so I can finaly decide my build =P

Yes, attack rating is chance to hit. And is very important for a fighter. I'd suggest having the ratio 2:2:1 str:agi:end as a fighter (this with equipment included).

Better to have 5 weak hits connect than 3 normal connecting and 2 miss.

Oh, and dont put so much effort in your build. In like 15 min you can gather the gold required to change class (as soon as you can farm a boss or do steady hdol runs).

yea i decided on the build, im still rather slow so its not too important. Im thinking every level doing 3 in to str, 1 agi 1 end with a 1000 AR goal in mind

Gold comes in plenty, so doesnt matter if you're grouped or not. But you need more agility. Way more.

Attack rating is based on level, but I havent played with it enough to know exactly how much is needed per level to hit at a high rate. I currently run with around 6000 at level 85 but this does vary depending gear and weapons equipped.

Even when playing as a ranger you will miss. I was pure agi ranger at level 40 and had 7.5k attack rating, and STILL missed sometimes. Guess it's 3% critical miss or something like that.

I've put 100% of my points, as a Fighter, into Endurance. At level 30, I have over 10k HP, 3k-ish defense, and somewhere around 2.2k to 2.5k depending on the weapon(s) I'm using.

I never use health pots, and I almost never die.

In all honesty, whatever stat you put most of your points into, you just have to make up the difference with gear. I find that it's easier to get a balance of agility and strength gear, so I stack endurance to get the most bang for my buck when it comes to stat points.

And Money is comin in great now that Ive stated doing some cheif runs... good cash there. Well anyways, im out.

it helps you kill the mobs better and if your a fighter put all you points on str. and end. and if you use magic put some on int.

i beg to differ, i got a dark battlemage, and as a fighter, i have the most of agi, i can use 2 handed rainbows with agi, and usually agi goes hand in hand with int items, that much int is enough to last me through a fight, and i spam liek mad. You dont need to add int, i also have 3 buffs, and one two took away from my int to the negs, but i still have plenty of mana based on the armor i wear.
