Does anybody know if 2H weapons take a hit in AR, compared to 1H weapons, as far as miss rate. For example, if they both had the same AR/AGI (speed aside) would they miss about the same, or will a 2H miss more. (obviously a fast 1H would miss more often: but percentage wise) I like to use hammers, but 1H 'seem' to miss less at the same level. thnx |

I used hammers til i was around lvl 20... tons of damage and that's was all that mattered then... Switched from those to the Pizza Cutters and Deathbringer Axe's because of the speed difference..... Found my last PC and DB around lvl 40 something... haven't found another and since I refuse to go back to grandma and slothful have been using 1h'ers...I have Executioner (mythic) lvl 53 that i've been pairing with what ever yellow or purple I could find that has the same damage type. I recently found 2 lvl 62 mace's that are both Ludi speed and have the exact same stats except for one does fire dam + and the other does shadow dam +.... So after all of the rambling.... 2h'ers are good to a point.. but to me I can kill quicker with the 1h'ers even though I take a hit on top end damage... Gary (know clue if any of this made sense...it's late and i worked all day) |

theoretically... the hit rate is the same... the benefit of 1h attacks is faster attack speed, and if one hand misses the other can still do dmg.. where a 2h is hit or miss(but with double the dmg). i like 1h because they are fast :) |

I like whichever has the best stats at the time. I switch equipment all the time , and am not going to wait for the speed of choice. Any speed will kill. Though if you plan on missing half the time , then it is better to be a dual ludicrous wielder. I think that would average the damage better than a Grandma that kept missing. |

I prefer dual wielding, simply because you can take out more of the adds quicker, especially when they are easy one shot kills. One big slow 2h weapon that does triple damage needed to kill is just wasted time and damage IMHO. I'd rather split my damage in half, spreading it out over multiple targets. Ludicrous speed is nice. Hard to go back to a slower weapon after you've had the fastest... to each his/her own! :) |

I like dual wield for the regular dungeons where there is alot of fodder. In HDoL though my dual wield does not seem to do enough damage to kill heroes/bosses with the regeneration. |
