I recently bought the last copy of Dungeon Runners from a local GameStop. Technically, I don't need it. It would give me cheaper membership, but the gnome would be wasted, since I already have one. So, I've decided to run a contest where YOU have the chance to win this unopened copy of Dungeon Runners with a Bling Gnome and 6 months of membership!

Here are the rules:

1. The contest is open to everybody, older than 13, who doesn't already have a Bling Gnome. Since I have no way of knowing whether you do or not, I'll just have to take your word for it. If you're under 13 years of age, have a parent or somebody else enter on your behalf.
2. If you live in the US or Canada, I'll pay shipping costs to mail the game to you. If you live outside the US or Canada, I'll open the box and email you the code you can redeem for the gnome and your six months of membership.
3. I am not responsible for missing or invalid codes in the box. I paid $10 for the box, but I haven't opened it, so I assume the code is in there and valid. We've all read reports of game codes being missing because some asshat returned a game, which was then shrink wrapped and resold. Stuff happens and it ain't my fault if it does.
4. To qualify for the contest, you must submit a Dungeon Runners haiku (no more than 17 syllables) as a suggestion on idearunners.com. This will allow other players to vote on your haiku and will give exposure to the site. Please use a suggestion header similar to the following: "Dungeon Runners Haiku Contest - <player handle>".
5. The contest begins as soon as I post this message. It ends Friday, July 3rd @ Midnight, MST, after which I will post the winner.
6. The winner needs to contact me via PM on this message board, after which I will email the winner and we can arrange prize delivery.
7. For those of you voting on the haiku entries, please vote 1 through 5 for EVERY entry! Voting for a single entry only doesn't help. Ideally, we should have the same number of votes for every haiku. Those votes will be averaged out using the 1 - 5 scale. Do NOT use the hate feature on the haikus. Vote 1 - 5 only.
8. Creating multiple idearunners.com accounts in order to falsify voting is prohibited. I do have ways of knowing who you are, so don't do it, mmkay?
9. In the event of a tie, I will submit the contenders to Stephen for the final decision.
10. By submitting a haiku for this contest, you certify that you are older than 13 years of age and accept the rules and regulations for this contest.

Nice, Rip. I'll put my votes in. You should make sure everyone has the word Haiku (or something) in their suggestion title so we can do a search and be sure not to miss any.

Thumbs up for the idea!At first I didn't know what haiku is :P but after a small research on the internet things got much clearer.I'll probably write my own Dungeon Runners haiku now though writing it in English may make problems but I'll do my best.
Might even get that bling gnome after all :P

I occurs to me that if participants can submit their haiku until Friday, that doesn't give much time for voting. As such, the haiku can still be submitted until the deadline, but voting is extended for one week (Midnight MST Friday, July 10th).
