I'm wondering which I should focus on, or should I just keep switching between them as needed?

I'm currently level 29 (soon to be 30) and with my build I have a few main sets of gear:

My really tankish set gives me 10k hp with an acceptable sacrifice to attack rating... I can pretty much outlive anything I encounter so far, and it saves on potions in general (they heal more per potion and I have to use them less often) but it's based around a 2 hander and is a little slow on DPS

A slight change of accessories gives me 9.6k hp and better AR, but still a little slow on DPS

My DPS set has only 7.8k or so HP, is built around fast dual weild, I can kill monsters super fast with it but some times they out damage me before I can get them all, so I have to pot more. But on the other hand, it's good for fast exp on easy monsters that I never pot on, since it kills quickly.
