You need to hook up with groups and find top notch gear if you want the 101% power. But that means nothing unless you count on it for pvping. Happy Hunting , I hope this helped:)

More specifically, T3's with single main stats, and I'm not sure, but secondary stats may contribute as well (e.g. all +melee/ +piercing/ +fire/ etc.).

As I understand it, your pvp power is determined by total +stats, so split stat gear should work too.

With the latest patch upping the gear stats by a little bit, you should only need t1 gear, split or full, to get 100%...I think. Still can't get 102% though.
