i didnt start quest i just want to go there for xp and loot

"Kog's Gearbox" doesn't exist anymore. It used to be on level 3 of Algernon (not 5), but was replaced with Capwn's Family Restaurant when they implemented the low level dungeon changes a couple patches ago.

Regardless of why you want to go to a place, the location remains the same... right? Though as Ripper said, in this particular case, the location is gone.

That was in response to LR's comment about checking the quest log. If you don't have the quest, you can't check the log...
