First, try this: Go to the folder you installed DR in, by default C:\Program Files\NCSoft\DungeonRunners.. or something similar. Find the file User.cfg somewhere (maybe in some folders there), and paste this in: [Display] Pipeline = VFPF Ofcourse, if the [Display] already was standing there, just paste in Pipeline = VFPF (MIND the spaces.) Save and restart the launcher + DR. Report back if it doesnt work. |

The user.cfg file isn't created until you login to the game for the first time. Since you can't do that, you have to create the file. The easiest way to do so is to copy the default.cfg file and rename the copy as user.cfg. You need to make sure you have rights to write to the directory. You also need to make sure the user.cfg file you just created isn't read only. Assuming you have the necessary privileges to modify the file, you can then follow the instructions for adding the pipeline fix into the newly created file. |

1) Did you try creating the user.cfg file by copying the default.cfg file, as I suggested above? 2) It looks like you have the latest driver version for your chipset. I sincerely hope you're able to get the game to run, even at minimum settings, because I love seeing new players enjoy the game. |

I run DR on WinXp witout SP3--it is not necessary for the game. However, you may need to update your .NET framework. Look for it in Windows updates. -------------------- Khaz: W4 Laker Girl Khaz of Shadow and Flame Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult. And a blog. |
