I have the same problem too. Maybe it has something to do with the coming update including posses.

yea this problem with the update have i too but i have the problem at the moment i cant loog in before i seen my charracter it kicks me from the game an then comes the error

I haven't seen that error so I don't know about a quick solve, but you might wanna send for a support ticket.

I solved the problem by repairing my DR installation. Its only about 500 MB, so its downloaded in a few minutes and it seems to work again.

so you say i soud deleat DG and then downlode again?

No, they did not mean delete.

Ok, they might have meant it, but this is what I read out of it:
1. Open the PlayNC launcher.
2. Right click on Dungeon Runners in the left column.
3. Click on repair.

i tie to repair it but it doesnt go then i delet and downlod it again and now is the server down from the update i think after the updante i can play but i dont know

i hop that i can play after the update

Try the repair option again. If that doesn't work uninstall Dungeon Runners and delete the "Dungeon Runners" folder and the "Launcher" folder , then do a complete reinstall.

Try a support ticket too.

I have delet and dont work and i try to repair but dont work i think its an error with my account not with my computer.

Open a support ticket with PlayNC.

If you have windows xp sp3 install net framework 3.5 service pack 1.

Did you already apply the account upgrade for the Gnome?
Did you check to make sure on your account page that it activated and gave you a upgrade(you will only know this by the 3 months added to your account.) to your dungeon runners account?

I wasn't asking you to delete but to un-install dungeon runners. Then un-install the PlayNC launcher. then to delete the folders in Program Files/NCsoft/ that belonged to them to clear out the leftover files. Then download and install dungeon runners again.

After you have done all that , if it still doesn't work then open a support ticket.

Please stop posting in 2 or 3 different topics about your problem.

What kinda computer are you using?
Specifications?
Operating System?

And after reinstall, make sure you reboot before you try to run the game again... I always forget that part.

Please stick to one single thread. Please. It confuses everyone when you don't.

I´ve send the ticket with a screenshot of the error warnings
now i hope the suport is solving the problem fast.

PS:The reinstallation doesn´t work,because i can´t login on my friends pc, too
