For me that is. My cousin decided she wanted to try doing a system restore, well I walked in at 1% restored and she held the button to turn it off so I couldn't see. Needless to say turning a PC off while its doing a system restore is not good. So, I had to reinstall the root kit and do the restore. Im now trying to bring all of my systems back up but DR is not a priority so don't expect me to be online till sometime tomorrow.

If you have your Windows disc nearby, you may be able to fix that missing file by a repair install. Once you have that fixed, or before, depending on how urgent it is, I might have a link at hand for you that can fix your printer issues.

Brand, make, and model of printer? And what specific problems are you having with it?
