When I complete this quest I cannot turn it in. I had it check marked in my quest log but Colonel Cabo, who gave it, wont complete it. The quest itself doesnt actually say who to turn it into by the way.

So I abandoned the quest and suddenly the yellow exclamation point showed up above his head. I took the quest again but there was no gray question mark above his head.

Do you mean the quest where you just go meet her? That quest should finish with her, and not Colonel Cabo.

Otherwise if you mean the quest where you fight her (that has a different quest name), that ends with her.

Its fine now, on pts it was broken(before current build) but on main its working. What was happening is I was walking into an area and getting a message that I was in gym and meeting Gertie but I wasnt actually seeing them, it was just like the rest of the dungeon but like I said, its working fine on main.
