As with all my builds you put all points in Endurance. Toyed with the thought of an all Intelligence build on this one and it may work well.

All equipment Except for Jewelery is full Intelligence.
Jewelery is full Agility.

This leaves two slots free. Use neither for mage skills try to use for fighter or ranger skills (they cost less mana).

Still haven't even played with this one as is so can't say how it does. I know that everything in the build works great though I have tested the build without Blue Screen of Life.

Uses to many potions to be viable. My Regular Server Fighter/Mage does much better. Once I switched over to that build on the test server. With the updated skills. I started doing really well.
