PTS Time Bonuses

Bonuses for people that spend their time on the PTS server. Maybe 25 King Coins if you spent over a certain amount of time on a new patch between one date and the next. This of course would be applied to their live accounts. Not really very important. I think 90% of players will use the PTS if they can, after all everyone likes new content. So, I don't believe an incentive is the key here... the thing is, the PTS is as big as the actual game, and not many are inclined to spend hours downloading it (remember, not everyone has an uber internet connection). |

If you only get KCs for finding a bug, then the reward will have to be reasonably big for it to be any incentive at all. After all, bugs are not exactly common. If the KC reward is small, then you might as well not have a reward. If the reward is enough to become an incentive, however; you are likely to get "false alarm" bug reports from greedy testers who see bugs in everything, trying to get some KCs, and that could overcomplicate things. |
