I've done a password reset recently. However, I can log in on the site and change it how many times I can, BUT I can't connect in-game with it. Any help, please? Yet again:

Password change.
Works fine on the site.
Does not work in-game.

Where did you make the change? How long ago? It sometimes takes a while for changes to import to your game account from your NCSoft master account. Give it half an hour, if it still doesn't work, then you may have reason tio be concerned.

Weird... Sadly, this is not a problem I myself have had, so I can be of limited help. I assume you've tried a reboot, in case something needs to be reloaded into your game client?

Yep. I've tried a reboot. I have no idea what the problem might be. :/

Sounds like you are changing your NCSoft password, but not your GAME password --

Here is what you need to do:

1) click https://secure.plaync.com/cgi-bin/plaync_login.pl

2) log in with your user name and pass

3)Click the little US logo at the top to switch to English (if its not already)

4) Click on Game Accounts

5) Click on Dungeon Runners in the Game Accounts list

6) Click change password on the right side of the screen

7) Type in your new password in each box, then click submit

This will change the password you use to log into the Dungeon Runners game.

Is there any possible way to see which account a certain character is on? Like, I can't seem to find any account that contains my character 'UKiller'. When I reset a password on the site, it asks me 2 security questions which I can't answer at all, since, I haven't picked those questions... :/
