Class modification.

As a new player to the game, I notice that anyone can wear any armor or learn any skill as long as they have the money to buy the skill and the level to wear the armor.. so I ask... Could a warrior, at any level, respec and become a mage? Long as he dumped his points into Mage stats and bought mage skills he'd pretty much assume the role to a tee, right? |

But wait if you don't wanna be a mage full out but you like some of the mage skills..... just buy them and your warrior can use them!!!! astonishing!!!
