I am resigning from DR until the new patch has arrived. Their just isn't anything here for me.
Maybe the new patch will respark my ambition. No this is not a "Hurry up!" thread. Good games need time. But Im afraid my patience has worn through. Maybe you could give me an estimate on which date the patch will be released and I will check in the general timeframe. Plz post here with the predicted date. I will check the forums over the next 24 hours.

Stephen has said that new content is "almost ready" for the PTS where it will be play tested (*usually*) for 2 or 3 weeks then released to the live server.

Why not get the PTS client, install it, then when the Chunk goes there, play on that and help the dev's find bugs as well as play the new content ahead of everyone else.

All of the registered Characters from the main server this time will be copied over to the PTS so anyone not currently able to play on the PTS will soon have their chance to help the future of the game.

Just keep checking the announcements section. I am quite sure we will all be told when the chunk hits the FTP.

once it hits the pts, it'll be very close to release, last time, i don't think it was there for a week before it went live, of coarse a bunch of bugs were discovered after live release. But i played on the pts last time, hardly anyone was there ever. So maybe more people should get involved so we can identify bugs before it goes live this time.

Take care KoC and see you after the chunk is up. I know many who, when a new chunk grows closer, play less and less, just awaiting the arrival of all the new fun.

(Side-note: Wonder how many guilds there will be with just 1 or 2 members since many probably want one of their own, or do as me and play with it on the PTS so I can be ready to join a bigger when the chunk goes Live...)

Actually here is the irony lol. Chances are the only reason Im bored is because I know new content is coming and Im thinking, jeez this old patch is sooo boring. I think anyway. alot of people do. BTW i decided I MAY play as my mage. Heh no one knows him! bwahahaha

Well from what I've heard it was due on the PTS on the 20th of this month (5 days ago), but with the 80% staff cut and them finding a load of bugs it's been pushed back.
The best thing to to is install the PTS from (guess what) FTP.dungeonrunners.com and wait for it to update.

After the PTS updates it'll be 1 to 3 weeks... maybe more seeing as it's a big patch with new item types being added (1H Ranger weapons) before it goes live.

And if anyone wants a date from Stephen... the date is "Soon" :}

I have the PTS but I try logging in on my main profile and it says "This Character is already in use" any ideas?

Just a quick correction: 2H cannons are coming with Chunk 4. 1H ranger weapons will come later.
