Remember, mages isn't my strongest class. I'm getting there though.

Skills: I see you still have a lot of Fire-skills, even though you have almost only Ice-Bonus. The Shadow-skills have better AOE to back your Ice upp.

Gear: Don't see any problems there. Where are you running the most, Balzack? There is several monsters there who got a really good ice-defence.

Stats:
I always tell people, especially when they still level fast, to try and have their HP to at least 100 times their level, but it seems like mages can get away with much lower than that. Reference, my wife:
http://www.drplayers.com?QueenNica
As you see, she has only about 6,500 HP as level 100 and that works really fine for her (At least that's what she says). Don't look at her skills, she forgot to change back to Ice after running with Shadow/Fire a while, helping lowbies out.

I think you could use more int. What's with the creepy feet? resist? 300 should be good enough. Even against Balzack I don't boost poison resist. Unless you are really attached to the growth, I would switch out that wring.

I think gaseous blast is really underestimated by mages. It does excellent damage to lots of mobs for cheap cost. If you're in upper Balzack, there's not much poison resist there.

Ok, I can already see 3 problems.

1) Not enough Mana
2) (The Bigger problem)Lack of pure int. A BSoL Mage does not require any int. what-so ever. What you need is all SP in int and to make up for having almost no HP, find pure int gear that has an HP bonus.
3) The jewlry, try and find jewlry that adds the bonus only to ice, shadow, or fire. The amulet is decent but if anything needs to be pure int. with mana regen. I would suggest a Unholy Handgrenade of Antigosh.

This isn't really a problem but I would suggest using Gaseous Blast, it really works well when fighting huge mobs. Also I would suggest Crispy Critters rather then Fire bolt.

I'm confused...a BSoL mage doesn't require any INT? Doesn't BSoL take damage dealt to the mage and then subtract it (through a conversion and still dealing some physical damage) from the mana pool of the mage which is increased by the mage's intelligence? Wouldn't it be that a BSoL mage doesn't require any END what so ever because that will come from gear?

While I'm no particular genius at these things, I would agree that you could respec a lot of the endurance points to int. In particular, bring the strength and agility points to INT and I think that you could probably get away with roughly 5000hp instead of 7600. I know that some people like to have at least 100*level but I think that's just dogmatic. Higher INT will increase the damage you do and with BSOL and some items that boosts endurance and hp (and a quick health pot thumb trigger) and you'll probably do fine.

I am a little curious about what sort of 'troubles' you are having. I notice that your overall 'resistances' are low for your level and that without a shield that will block a certain percentage of melee and ranged hits, you may be taking a lot more damage than you need.

Some other comments:
1) You have a lot of bonus in ice but only have ice shards equipped. Ice bolt does more damage than fire bolt does, particularly with your bonus, slows opponents it hits in movement but more importantly attack speed. I would also point out that you are limited to a maximum of three targets per shot with the ice skills where as crispy critters and chain lightening and poison can get a lot more opponents at one time.
2) I think your spell to replenish mana is a wasted slot. Replenish mana only replenishes 35% of your mana and has a long cooldown while a major health potion replenishes 50% of your mana (even the minor replenishes 40%). I'm betting that you can get by a lot better by filling the slot with something more useful and putting a crowbar in the wallet and buying more pots.
3) I also think that you could do without couch potato although I don't feel as strongly about it as I do the spontaneous regeneration. It lowers your health points as much as it increases your mana per intel and therefore with BSOL, you're probably better off dropping it entirely. Again, there are more effective things you could put into those slots.
4) You have a level 57 amulet. I'm not a nazi about getting items close to your level but even I would raise an eyebrow at that one. If it were a rainbow amulet with major bonuses, I could see nursing it along but there are probably much more effective items out there your level that can be bought or found by farming some thing at insane level in a group
5) Seem a little light in cash there. Most rainbow sally items of worth are going to cost over a million gold. With my L48 mage, I generally keep an extra million in gold just for rb items. I enjoy farming bosses at insane level too and even solo that stuff to make gobs of money in a single afternoon.

You could fill either of the two slots mentioned above with something more effective such as gaseous blast which I really like to throw into a crowd around me at the start of a fight and shadow lightening which even without improved shadow lightening, doesn't require a lot of 'direction' to fire and get a lot of opponents at once. Or, there is chilling touch. You already have major bonuses to damage with ice but whatever troubles you're facing can't be hurt by more damage!

Anyway, hope that helps.

Sorry typo what I meant to say is a BSoL mage does not need any end.
