I activated my retail box but i didnt get my bling gnome any help is much appreciated

1. It's in your skills. Can't find it? Move on to step 2.
2. Were you logged on to the game when you activated it? If so, you need to send a support ticket and they'll fix it in an instant.

As Lord Magnus said, check to see if it's in your skills tab. When I activated mine, it didn't show up right away when I logged in so I logged out, waited a few minutes and tried again and there it was. I'd guess that by now it should be in your skills list.
