knockback
#72399 - 08/03/08 06:08 PM |
knockback or whatever its called that creeps have shouldnt actually knock my character down UNLESS it actually HITS my character. im a mage so i like to gather up creeps and then aoe but what happens alot is while im running past an enemy hell turn(by now im very far away) and hell use the attack that knocks me down and what it does it knock my guy over and move him back to where the enemy used the attack from. i really think you should do something about this because its extremely annoying and it shouldnt be able to knock me down that way. |

It is little more than a delay in animation. The actual attack was initiated while you were near the enemy. However, due to several possible delays the end result did not trigger until you were past the group. I would dare say there is nothing that can be done about this at this point. To combat this, you can pull groups from a fork in the path, rather than running through several groups. Or accept the occasional knock down as a consequence of play style. -------------------- And his eyes have all the seeming of a demon's that is dreaming, And the lamplight o'er him streaming throws his shadow on the floor; And my soul from out that shadow that lies floating on the floor Shall be lifted — nevermore! |

All stunners had their range increased in the last big patch, so they can hit you "from a dstance." You'll want to make room in your skill tray for the Thickheadedness buff from the fighter trainer. If you think stunners are bad, wait 'til you get to lvl 75, and then go try to lvl in Ratsputin's. ![]() |
