How to Post a bug

How to post a bug report

One thing to remember when posting a bug on these forums is that every bug you report, we have to be able to reproduce. So the more detail you can give, the higher the chance we have of recreating it and getting it fixed.

Before posting a bug, please make sure to check the Known Issues list to make sure we are not already aware of the problem and also do a search on the boards to see if any of your fellow testers have already started a thread on the issue. If they had, please add to that thread rather than starting your own, even if the thread is old. The combined information from your report as well as the other in the thread can help in locating the cause of the issue.

Things to include in your repot:
    1. If the bug is at all graphics or operations related, please post your system specs! This would include Graphics card, Operating System, Processor, RAM, Hard drive, Sound card, etc. A good thing to do is just put this information in your Beta board signature so that it is just automatically posted with every bug you submit.
    2. If it is an in-game character or interaction/ balance bug helpful things to include are as follows:
    a. Level of your character
    b. Zone you were in when the error occurred
    c. Mobs you were fighting
    d. Weapons and or skills you were using
    e. Were you in a group?
    f. What was the level of your party members?
    g. As detailed a description as possible of what was happening prior to the error occurring.

This is a pretty good start to helping us make this a better game.

Also, please remember that there is no official tech support offered on these boards. We will help in trouble shooting issues as we can and do want the issues reported here, but if it seems that you are the only one having an operations problem, please do not hesitate to contact our official tech support by choosing the “Ask a question” tab at http://support.dungeonrunners.com Our tech support representatives will be able to trouble shoot the issue directly and be more able to identify any problems being caused by a specific firewall, driver, connection, or other factor that may be interfering with your Dungeon Runners experience.

Thank you for your assistance and continued support,
Kitsune

Another thing to add.

If you find a bug that is repeatable, give the exact steps you used to reproduce it.
