Ok I was reading the Bling gnome upgrade thing and I thought, why stop at potions?

Anyway I think bling gnome should be able to be upgraded in 3 ways, once every 5, 10, and 15 levels. So it would be like this
(say upgrades are a car, teeth, and chicken) Car = lvl 5, teeth = lvl 10, chicken = lvl 15, bettercar = lvl 20 ectera.
Now the upgrades themselves I was thinking like, when he converts items maybe a higher chance for mythic or better amount of gold?
The second upgrade: Appearance, no real value just we could like based on your favorite skills or weapon Like say yuour a divine warrior? Could change his staff like to a celestial blade and give him almost like a divine ascendance aura (of course based on what your favorite is appearance will change.)
And on the final upgrade, He could have a quicker cooldown time.
All these upgrades would spark non-members interest in gnome don't you think? I doubt this has been suggested so if I see idearunners link im gonna cry lmao.

I definately like the foundation of this idea. It makes sense in a lot of ways. Perhaps as part of leveling up, the gnome could reduce it's cool-down at some point as has been suggested outright in previous threads.

Also let them pick up light blue items. (quest items and kings coins). That's a good upgrade. Endlessly clicking on candy gets really old.

Well, I'm not particularly familiar with how the gnomie works yet, I'm getting my box delivered sometime this week, but why not set it so he doesn't pick up something you personally dropped, or like mentioned, have a list of types of items to pick up. Maybe even like a 'scold' command if you don't want him to pick up a particular item (BAD GNOME!).

Well on the topic of gnome upgrades, why not a potion dispenser? If your health/mana gets below a point you set he'll feed you potions.

The gnome does only picks up items that have not been dropped- "only fresh drops."

Right, Bling might pick it up, but you can just drop it again (and in a stack of 50 this time, so less clutter) if you need the inventory space. All I know is that picking up lots of quest items get's REALLY clicky, and I know I've missed several KCs that have dropped from things.

If da Pope could get them for me, that'd be oh-so-swell.

Would like to see the ability to toggle the "please poop me some gold" of certain items. It would be cool to turn off health/mana pots (individually) and turn on any color item you want. 99.429573659391% of the time I just sell the purple stuff I get in town as I find that in the time it would take me to trade it away, I could be gaining more exp in a dungeon. I've also missed potions and had my gnome poop them into gold.

It would be nice to have a "Gnome Inventory" too, maybe have everything he auto-picks go into his own inventory - another perk to get people to become members twice as much inventory :P
