I'm just so bloggish, so the title fits.

So, what on earth is going on with me, Miss "oh so quiet these days"? Well, I hate leaving things, but I'm leaving two of the NCsoft communities I work for.

And Dungeon Runners is not one of them...in fact, it is just the opposite. I'm becoming a full time Dungeon Runners team member, where Dungeon Runners will be the one and only MMO I work on. Although I will certainly miss my other two communities this is a good, good thing. Lineage 1 and Exteel are getting another community manager, so they won't be left in the dark. She begins in 2 weeks and I'll move over to DR full time in 3 weeks. I need that one week to help train, pass over my duties, etc. I need that week for one more thing, which I'll explain in another post in one minute.

The truth is working on three games at once can really suck at times. Don't get me wrong, I like my job and everything. Working in community, or OCR (online community relations) takes patience, but it is awesome. You gotta like working with people and it just so happens that I do. But yeah, it isn't always all fun and games, but I love it. But at the same time I wanted to give all of my games 100% all the time, but it just wasn't possible under the current scenario. Working on three games that have three different structures and processes created lopsided work for me. I was working more on one game than on another game as a combo community manager/moderator person. I'm supposed to be working equally on all three games, but again, it just wasn't working out that way.

So in the near future please expect to hear more from me. I'll also be helping out the dev team in any way that I can...Stephen wears a lot of hats around here, probably one too many. So my goal is expand my OCR work so it isn't just forums based. Forums are generally only one aspect of OCR, traditionally. So when I'm on DR full time I'll have all the time for forums and more. Media blasts and stuff will be cool...maybe some exclusive info emails for the DR fansites ...I'd like to get a contest going (now that I will have time to deal with the legalities of one!) there are a lot of ideas being thrown around, and please, feel free to send me a PM with what you would like to see more of around here. I want to help expand Dungeon Runners awareness across the globe. And I must say, I'm really excited.
