Meaning of D'hab'lu Tieff

OK, so I finally figured out that Algor the Snow Chieftain is Al Gore,and Baern Sir Fess of Maerz is Barren Surface of Mars -- but please tell me what D'hab'lu Tieff means??? |

D'hablu Tief Ok im comming up with Double sounds right for the first part now Tieff is harder Double Tiff maybe or TTF Double t f TTF!!!!! Hmmm think i got it there it means TTF |
