Cannot connect to the game.

Suddenly today I have a problem when I try to access the game. When I click on the desktop icon I get the following message: "NC.FindLauncher Stub has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry for any inconvenience...etc." I uninstalled and reinstalled the game into a different folder. I double checked to besure any firewalls are not preventing my getting connected. Please advise. |

Ok I found the problem. As usual Microsoft was behind all these headaches. Seems there was an update that I was ignoring having installed. For some reason it was preventing the game from connecting. Solution: I installed the update, rebooted, ran Norton Windoctor and all was right with the world once more.  |
