Our forum registration is currently broken. This makes me a very sad panda  We don't have an ETA, but I'm going to go out on a crazy limb here and say that we hope to have them fixed tomorrow. If you had some problems getting a board account please try again. If you still cannot create a board account then I'm afraid there is no easy way you can reach me through the message boards So if you haven't already, please submit a support ticket by going to http://support.plaync.com and clicking on the "Ask A Question" link at the bottom.
