And what do you suggest me to do to upgrade my character(skills,upgrade points).
Don't tell me anything about items I will deal with them when I become a higher level.

As far as skills Go unless you are doing PvP I would suggeest dropping Light in the Loafers an Heal self not others.

Also butcher needs a click so i would take it off numbers. If you want to use it if decide which two you need at the time. Butcher, Soul Rend and Holly Roller and put one on each mouse leave third off bar.

Replacing these skills I would add a Riteous stomp to get them off you so you can continue your masacring of them, Acidic Blight(if you dont mind a ranger skill) Divine Acendcy Is a must for most wariors does a lot of damage coupleed with some fast hitting 1hders like you have. and for the last skill spot put a Ward or a resist to help out a little.

Granted this is just for PvE not a PvP build then you would want to keep the set up you have i would use it in PvP.

Oh yeah Skill Points well I think there alright now would like to see a little less Agi and more Str but thats just me those will change with your Armor.
