Thank you for sending us your DxDiag results. It appears that the drivers for your laptop's video adapter are out of date and need to be updated. I got this message when attempting to fix a crashing problem, please can someone tell me exactly how to update drivers. I have read all information on website but have no idea how to. The url you got has all the answers. First, check out what type of graphics-card you use. You'll find that in the Control Panel (ok, I'm not english so the names might be wrong), then go to Sytem and on the Hardware-tab you will be able to click open a menu with everything in your computer, and there you'll see if you have nVidia or ATI Radeon.
