Cant get the game to open

I have been installing and uninstalling this game for the past week now and I keep getting the same error about unhandled exceptions closing game. Problem is I am not even in the game I just push the play button. I have gone threw all my drivers and I updated them all. I do have a firewall called Zonealarm but that cant be the problem cuz I have shut it off and tried again. Still same problem I have a friend that plays this that I have been trying to play with and the game looks cool but I am about to totaly give up.

	1) Are you using Windows Vista? If so, this might be part of the problem, but the game will run under Vista. 2) It's possible that this may be related to your .NET Framework. You may need to uninstall, then reinstall .NET Framework 2.0 and patch it up. Do you know how to do this? -------------------- Newb/Noob Interviewed Mark, 11/07 /twitch ™

	Go to Control Panel and ADD Remove Programs Remove IE toolbar add ons should fix ya up

Hi Zandor,

Wow, XP Home. Probably the only OS as bad as ME was. It was seriously stripped of networking capabilities and some security features XP Pro came with (and who knows what else.)

As Burning Toad said, the actual error message might help narrow down where the problem is coming from.

Also, as Ripper said - you may need to uninstall (remove) and reinstall the .NET framework. Updating generally will not repair a faulty installation.

Oh, and on ALL computer issues, ignore the comments of anyone with "weed" in their name.

	My post on the topic could be useful because I could be right and his hard drive(s) are full. It's extemely unlikely that I'm wrong but there is still a chance that I'm right. Am I right?

	Hello im new 2 dungeon runners and i played with my m8 at his home, now when i try to install it, everithing goes good and when i push accept terms then i get a blanc window and it sais this "Error compiling shader game/effects/2.0/SilhouetteBlit.fx. Try setting User.cfg [Display] section to Pipeline=VFPF ". What should i do pls answer i beg ya !!!
