The PTS will be taken down tomorrow morning (2/21/2008) to apply Build 107.

We've fixed several issues with Build 107. Most notably, we've adjusted the new snowman skills and fixed the terrible login bug we introduced.

Changes to Chill Bill and his skills are:

Chill Bill

His base health was increased by 100%.

His defense rating was increased by 30%.

His aggro value has been reduced by 50%.

His aggro range has been decreased.

On the Rocks

The slow effect from the aura can now be resisted.

Chill Bill no longer attacks while in ice form.

Chill Bill's agro value is increased by 50% when in ice form.

Nippy Twigs

Damage was increased by 15% and volatility was increased to 60%.

While under the effects of this skill, Chill Bill has a 33% chance to knock opponents down when he hits them.

Snow Globe

This skill now increases Bill's health by 100% and increases by 10% for each additional rank.

While under the influence of Snow Globe, any successful melee attack against Chill Bill may cause a freezing effect on the attacker (25% chance). This freezing effect may be resisted and slows the attackers movement speed by 20% and attack speed by 15%.

I like the changes but make the snowman quests quests again lol nothing makes sense with it now but the game play for it is better I think.also loved the new pot changes

bill still died everytime aBBY RAINED DOWN FIRE BUT TAHTIS TO BE EXPECTED.....he didnt seem to die near as quick other times though

Please give non-members the ability to buy a stack of pots, too, unless you can market a "decreased chance of carpal tunnel syndrome" as a member benefit...

I'm having the same problem connecting that I had with Build 106. I can login using my laptop with XP but not from my desktop running Vista. Both are running the current game fine. I tried it with the firewall turned off again too but no joy

You are missing something :P In the current build, you have the chance to buy member pots by the stack, not individually or through shift+clicking.

Finnaly i like chill bill...he dont die fast and he finnaly
went out as winner from 1vs1 with healer guy in embercore ^^
im sure he gonna do lot dmg on higher lvls...
now just to get lot of money on live so i can upgrade him lot
oh almost to forget...what was with more slots for snowman
skills...for mages 4 slots for snowman are too much.we must live from something
