At the crash are you getting a message that says something about "unhandled exception?"

If so, I can tell you what NC support had me do when I ran into the same problem with Vista: before clicking on the error message go to- Computer> C drive (or whatever location you downloaded DR to)> program files> NC> DR> logs> and find any crash log files. Attach those to a support ticket at NCsupport.

Since I updated my RAM and video card, I haven't had any crashes in pve, but I haven't been back to pvp yet... *goes to check out pvp.

It doesnt always depend on Vista etc....sometimes you just lose internet connection via a storm.

First thing to always do when you get an error is to update your drivers. Altho with your problem that would be a weird thing to fix it. Copy and paste your crash log in the fourm so we can take a better look at the problem. I belive some one posted before on the the path to the file. And a question... dose it only happen in pvp mode or dose it happen after like 10 min of playing. It could just be that your fans are broken or set to low and your computer overheats. Post how you fixed the problem... its verry interesting.

While this could be cause by a variety of things, I have heard several Vista users complain about being disconnected in PVP. So much so that they've stopped participating.

1) Vista isn't officially supported for Dungeon Runners, but support will work with you. Please open a ticket via "Ask a Question" here. If you don't have a support account (separate from your game or master account) then you'll have to create one first.

2) In general, many Vista users play in Windowed Mode, which seems to alleviate most of the crashes they experience. Based on my conversations in game, however, this doesn't appear to work as well in PvP.

3) As others mentioned, double-check your drivers. I would also check your bios and chipset to see if there are new versions available.
