Chill Bill affected by Fear?

I'm more concerned with how powerful Chill Bill is. With so many skills tied in to it, I do hope it's at least reasonably powerful. |

Banshee, are you talking about Halo? (alright Tec sry about the Halo crap). I don't think anyone will care as long as Bill helps out in doing dmg. -------------------- The above is my thinking . We do care, because a Feared Chill Bill running away in random directions isn't doing damage, and may well attract more groups of mobs over. |

YES, Chill Bill is affected by fear. He turns green and "runs away in all directions" just like you do when hit by the spell. (hate hate HATE those banshees!) See PTS server posts for more on Bill.
