Ok so my cursor works totally fine i can move it, click, its working flawless. Once i click on DR i hit play, it scans for an update and like a split second later that goes away and the black screen comes up. The glove shows and i move my mouse and the glove doesnt move. Then the screen saying "if you can see this click yes" comes up, and obviously i can but i cant move the mouse to click it.

I also tried turning on Mouse Keys. For those who dont know its a feature accessed pressing Alt+Shift+Num Lock and allows you to move the cursor through the num pad. This did not work as well, and the second i minimize the game my mouse and the Mouse Keys work perfectly fine.

I also pasted the Pipeline = VFPF in because i read something about taht but that did not help.

What should i do i've already restarted my cpu a few times.

First, did you searched about it? I suggest to do so, as this issue appears to happen sometime. Be sure to put the time on 3 or 6 months, not 1 week, that wont give usefull results I think.

Out of my head: Press alt + enter to enter windowed mode, which makes you able to move the cursor again. I am not sure whenever this works or not, still, searching is the best.

Vista? Try alt+enter to play in Windows mode. There's an issue with Vista and DR.

The problem is that your computer has an unsupported graphics solution, probably integrated graphics using SiS or Intel. Neither of them are truly suitable for gaming. That being said, the best workaround to this issue is to hit alt+enter (same as the Vista workaround) to use Windowed mode.

i had the same problem on my dad's computer but i got out of fullscreen and it worked fine.
