Easier way to create a DR game account

While testing the ability to create a DR account (it's broken at this moment), I noticed that it's fairly difficult to find where one can actually create a Dungeon Runners account. 1) The main DR site has several links to download the setup file, but not to create an account. There is a page stored at the main site, but you have to find it through the help system. 2) The PlayNC Account management screens let you add a serial code, but not DR. The only way I found to create a DR account was to go to DR in the Games section of PlayNC.com and click the "Click here to find out how to join and play" link. Edit: Crickette also listed some instructions: Quote: -------------------- "Always keep your words soft and sweet in case you have to eat them" Crickette Dungeon Runners Community Manager Unfortunately, neither of methods are particularly intuitive. You have to hunt for them. Clicking that button takes you to the Game Account Creation page, which is about the easiest we can currently make account creation. If you already have a Dungeon Runners account (and hence a PlayNC master account as well), you can also create additional Dungeon Runners accounts there (using either your existing PlayNC master account, or a new master account). We believe that in general, the easier process is to start with downloading the game, and then have it take you through the additional steps necessary. |
