Can't create a Dungeon Runners Account

I saw a couple of people post on the mmorpg.com DR board that they couldn't create an account, so I tried it myself. Sure enough, after you attempt to create an account you get the following error message: Quote: I've recommended that they open an official support ticket, but hope somebody would see it here. |

It appears that this problem occurs when players use the "quickstart" account creation page. As a temporary workaround players can create a Dungeon Runners account via the PlayNC store: Go to http://plaync.com Click on the "store" tab (left hand side) Locate Dungeon Runners and click on "Get Now" Log in using your PlayNC Account (or on the right hand side click "Create Account" for a new PlayNC Account) Sorry for the trouble! -------------------- "Always keep your words soft and sweet in case you have to eat them" Crickette Dungeon Runners Community Manager |

The web team that manages account creation is working on it. They've reported (and a quick test verified) that creating an account by starting at the PlayNC Store still works (it will require going through a moderately more painful PlayNC account creation process, if you don't already have a PlayNC account). They're working on fixing the problem for the QuickStart process, as well. |
