If you do not use a JCB card (which stands for Japan Credit Bureau) then you will NOT be affected by this change:

As of now the PlayNC Store no longer accepts JCB. If you have reoccurring billing set up with a JCB then note that your account will automatically close at the end of your next billing date *unless* you provide an alternative form of payment.
