i know Clamm said he was going to be calling them today, so you might want to do that too Jay. But there should be reason given and how long without calling.

I am guessing you 2 are the first people to be blocked for other reason then names. However, i seen that crap response about Clamms ticket and let me say this, something needs to be fixed there. Telling you that is being moved on and you should get a response in the next day. I havent spoke to Clamm yet but there is no email from her so i am guessing she hasnt heard anything yet either.

clamm knows exactly why she was banned - it was due to her actions during the W7 incident. Any question she has regarding her being banned is simply feigned innocence and ignorance.

Ripper I dont know you as i just started but do you understand what jay was saying? Clamm and Jay were blocked on the same night and within 10-20 minutes of one another.

This has nothing to do with chat forum. So please unless you have an idea on how those 2 can play again please let us know other then that it is dribble.

I understand that you want to come to the aid of your friend, but you obviously haven't been on a world chat with both JaySherman/JuniorSamples and Clamm/Hang at the same time. Their blockage may have everything with the chat channel.

Did you know that they had upset many players with the manner that they both communicate? They have attempted to sway who people group with, with a form of blackmail. They have spread rumors about others maliciously. In short, they have verbally hurt others without regard to the consequences.
Most people come to a game and spend hours of time for enjoyment. Unfortunately, it takes only a few individuals to ruin it for others. Without rules, and the administration of those rules, those few would be allowed to wreck havoc for the majority.
As part of the community, I applaud upholding to the rules. If it takes blocking or banning some individuals, so be it. It's for the greater good.

I noticed that they didn't block all of Clamm/Hang's accounts, as I saw one of her mules on last night.

If anyone gets banned for ANY reason you can submit a support ticket and ask what's going on. They don't refuse anyone an explanation IF you are the account holder. They won't talk about situations involving other people to protect everyone's privacy. We are a free-to-play game where anyone can make an account, so they do get pretty busy. BUT, they will always take the time out to explain a situation. It doesn't make any sense to argue about it here We don't like actioning players, and frankly, we wish it was something that never had to happen.
