XML Feed mishap
#43907 - 01/11/08 09:08 PM

Good evening,
It appears something has gone a bit bonkers with the XML feed. At some point this evening the XML page started returning 404's for every character I requested. This is only from the web server my page is on. I have been doing about 1000 hits a day, but hopefully that's not enough to look like a DoS or anything fishy.

I wonder if the network guys believed the posts claiming I cause network lag... I really don't I swear!

But seriously, if you guys could look into this at your earliest convenience (obviously players not getting into your game takes priority) I'd much appreciate it.

Thanks a bunch!

EDIT: Oh, and I tested to make sure, those links do work from all my others hosts, its very specific to my web server.

We're looking into this.

Thanks Anson, it looks like you found the bug. Hopefully she's dead, and if not I've got a proxy set up through another host. Thanks for the hard work! -------------------- --Snarky (aka Segfault) --Three Planets Software
