source of infestation???????????

Can anyone tell me where the Source of Infestation is at? It was one of the first quests that I got on level 1 of Widows Nest and I went to every level and have finished the whole thing and I did not find it. |

so THATS what that big barrel is for.... Ive played through widows nest twice but not since the chunk (2), I remember the barrel and busting it open and nothing happening - is it a new quest like with the 2 new ones in algernon lvl 1 I wonder? -------------------- "The future is in your grasp, be sure to reach for it before hands more determined and bloody than your own wrench it away." |

It was in the game already before chunk 2, already a pretty long time. Weird, the two times Ive personally "met" the barrel, I just walked up to it, hit it once and it split like a regular barrel but nothing happened. A few other people Ive known in game have said they hit it and it gave them a regular drop, and one other guy said a monster came out of it and he killed it like a normal "monster", lol - although I'm not sure how credible the last guy was since he was talking about how much cranberry juice WASNT in his cranberry juice and vodka that night...lol. So they changed that? huh? so easy now. In the good old days (can you see my cane  ) you had to whack it like for 10-15 minutes to "kill" it... so easy nowadays....ok I read the difficulty has risen overall, no need to shout, let an old man have his memories...-------------------- Retired. But that does not mean you can keep me away from the community now and again.... |
