Working gear

This isn't directed to you that are all rainbow'ed out  , but to those of you who are still leveling up. What's the lowest level gear that you have? I'm level 46 at the moment, and I had a level 26 gold ring for the longest time because I honestly couldn't get anything better. (Yes, I know I could farm the crap out of some bosses, but at the expense of leveling time) But back on target, what's good enough for you? Do you insist on maintaining purple/RBs at every level or do you get by with a mixture of stuff?-------------------- Freesia - 7 days, 16 hours, 42 minutes to 100 |

On my alts and when JoeB was leveling up I would try to keep purples within 5 levels and rainbows within 10. This is much different now if you are doing PVP b/c of the scaling aspect. But for PVE this always seemed to work to still level effectively. Im lvl 55 and the lowest item i have is lvl 18 country fried amulet |

As a 100 I hate to use anything lower then lvl 97, I use rainbows but mostly purples as there is so little rainbow gear for mages, I do use yellows too if they have the right spec combo, like gloves with 150+ shadow damage and 120+ intel. As of this posting my mage is lvl 63 using a lvl 41 RB shield, but I try to keep it within 5 or 10 levels max. |
