I have played DR a few months ago, and had no problems, I re dowloaded, and started playing and I still had no problems, but when I got into a party, my computer crashed, not to the desktop, the computer restarted. I was in the 1st floor of algernon killing mobs and after a few min, it crashed, I re-logged, and joined my previous party and it did it again after a few minutes...I really have no clue what happened, I'll post my crappy on board video card to see if anyone knows if my card is the problem, I meet the other specs though.

very likely the krappy video card, although this plays fine on my laptop, if you saw a blue crash screen then it might be windows, if your system froze it's likely the game... dont have any fix ideas for you though.
