Is Duke Blaster the rarest RB for us rangers or is it that people just use it when it drops? Been trying to trade a Circus Ring for a 45-55 DB thinking someone would come forward and havent found any takers in 2 weeks.
A have a L48 Judge for bosses/harder mobs and would love a DB to compliment my Judge. Should I just giveup and stick with Judge full time or have I just been having badluck finding one/someone with this beauty?

**PS I seem to find more ranger gear with slashing damage then piercing damage lately. Maybe Im lucky in that regard or just notice because Ive been a shotgun ranger for last 10 levels.

Owh.. now you say.. I gave a new player a duke blaster yesterday, They arent the most rare ones. But they're not easy to find either. Bad Mutha for example is a really rare gun too.
Just have patience and play the game, the rainbows you want drop when you dont expect them to drop.

I have gotten 4 Duke Blasters, 3 Bad Muthas and 2 The Judges drops. In contrast, I contrast I have easily seen over 50 Vilespitter, [censored], Plate Piercer or Demonsniper RBs drop.

While I prefer to play a gun ranger, the vast majority of ranger RBs support bow (piercing) and not gun(slashing) builds. Considering rangers have only two weapon types I hope the devs spend time levelling the playing field in Chunk #3. You also see equipment holes for other classes in their available RB equipment, but not to the degree rangers have.

Yeah I have a 44 Bad Mutha, 48 Judge now just looking for DB to complete my situation set til 60+ when Ill need new one hehe.
Took points from Agi in gear and moved to end and has made all my xp/farm groups and solo alot more enjoyable. Even if Im doing less dmagae you dont notice the numbers as much as you notice fast HP depletion. So mentally I feel like more of a conributor, wore more of a manatee/bonobo gear set (jackalope rings & neck) etc

Well, in HDoL I got lucky and a 55 purple popper dropped. Im looking forward to using and having all 3 for any situation. Now if I could just find some +ranged or (rare as heck) +slash RBs Id be in heaven

Just keep farming and im sure ull get there i think that ur just unlucky atm with what u want lol.

ive tried for ages to get a lvl 10 Dsniper or dhablu t'ieff
so far ive had 3 vis'kars bilesplitters and a PP so far from farming just luck really :/
