other than cleave and gas blast, what are some good ones?

im not high enough for awesome cleavage yet, and i'm noticing that if i had just 1 more aoe damage attack the mobs would drop instead of waiting on the reuse of gas blast/cleavage

i know of shadow lightning/ring of fire, but some have said they use too much mp

i'm not worried about that because i have a decent mythical weapon that has 5% mana steal, so which of those 2 is better as of the current patch?

what's wrong with stomp for you?

I thought Stomp doesn't do much damage and is mainly used to pushing mobs away, not for attacking. If you need an AOE I'd say Ring of Fire. It does more damage (usually) and affects more enemies. It has a slower cooldown, but I don't think you will be spamming AOEs? Shadow Lightning needs its Improvement Passive to be... well, competitive.

if you have +divine damage stomp can do a goodly amount of damage and is a very quick aoe that doesn't need a lot of mana to trigger.

But it has a 15 second cooldown, quite a bit slower than other AOEs; and blasts everything away from you which you probably won't want as a fighter that isn't trying to escape. I would think Cleave and one or two Mage AOEs to be enough.

And this is why people need to realize when you can be anything you want 100% of the time. you have room for 2 ranger skills 4 mage skills and 4 fighter skills to fill your weaknesses as a fighter.
