Sorry about that, for some reason I thought that Sam wore a yellow vest... Look for the 'fat man' in your hunts. Hunting levels 1 and 2 of dungeons atm, no luck so far. |

If logic should play a role, level 5-6-7 dungeons, and no algernon and dew valley as always, should be searched. LR when has logic played a role in this game? Not going to comment on the "logical" changes made during this patch yet. Saving that for some further testing. At this point Sally is found on levels 3 and 5, Sam is found on levels 4 and 7. If logical I would say level 2 and 6? But they realistically could be anywhere. I know this is going to be a tough one b/c of the rarity. /first!!! I found a Mythic vendor Sam on Algor 4: Linky 1... Linky 2... As you can see, he is a regular Sam in both looks and name. You have to read the text to see whether or not he sells Uniques or Mythics. In Algor 4, btw it's 1H Mage or Fighter Weapons and Shields if Unique, but only 1H Mage or Fighter Weapons if Mythic. Btw, I found Sam as Ulrich (level 81), but couldn't purchase from him because I was too high in level. As you can see, these items are 100KC - how many players in the right level range (10 - 25) are going to have enough KCs to take advantage of this vendor? This brings a couple of thoughts to mind: 1) Should the Mythic prices scale to level? 2) Should Mythics be available to all players above the level of the dungeon, but not below? If so, it might be too easy for high level characters to find the vendor in low level dungeons, but if the prices scaled to their level it would at least still cost them quite a few coins... -------------------- ~Ripper Complainers ... I don't know if the price should scale to lvl or not. My thought is that with the ability to get coins from the relic drops and as drops from regular chests and critters, a low level player has pretty much the same chance to collect 100 KC as a high level player does. My only concern would be if it is really worth it due to the speed of gaining lvls when that low. A player will outgrow the items so fast, I personally could not justify spending the coin until I was higher level and things slowed down a little. In regards to making them available to all players, even those above the dungeon level... That is a judgement call from player to player. Some will agree saying that don't mind as long as the player who found him offered a GoTo for everyone else while other players will say no, find it in your own level range. Personally, I could go either way with it and would not mind no matter what the Devs choose. Grats on the find Ripper.
