I've used the support form to ask for help with logging in to both PlayNC and Dungeon runners and all I keep getting back are emails with links asking for the same information I've already supplied, my real name, address, birthdate, email addresses and home address and I've given it repeatedly but they don't tell me my PlayNC login name or password or my DungeonRunners login name or password. Unfortunately it's not the same name I used for GuildWars. That's the only account I remembered correctly and can log into! What's a guy gotta do to get some solid answers from support around here?

You have to keep working with support. That's their job. This isn't an official technical support site, sorry.

BTW, what does your hard drive crashing have to do with you being unable to remember your password? It's not like you can save the password on the DR login screen. Also, are you a paid member? If not, just create a new account.
