hey guys, well i am fairly new too this game(only been playing a few days) and today when i tried too log on something strange has been happening! when i put in my details...login server list okay...click server! connect, what happens next concerns me, it goes too the waiting list, no waiting list it goes too characterscreen for a split second and then goes back out too the login screen! i keep trying too get in but it just does the same thing any advice on whats happened/help me too fix it?

Cache server issues...

Build 95 is showing a few cache server issues. This may result in being unable to log in for a few moments from time to time. We're working on resolving this now and should have updated information shortly...

This may have something to do with it.

Doesnt sound normal and I know that Stephen posted about their being an issue with the server Cache that was causing some people to have problem logging in. Linky
I would try again in a few minutes and keep an eye on that post for more information regarding.

Mine is doing this too, but when I made a new account it works perfectly, and I still cant log in using my first account

I installed DR for the first time last night and so far haven't been able to play at all, which is driving me nuts!

I'm getting something very similar to Chrismohr in that when I run it, I get to the login screen with the skeleton sitting on the throne. I enter my login and password in the boxes and am then showed a list of the available servers. I click one of the PvE servers and click the OK button. A window saying 'Wait time: 0.00' appears for a fraction of a second and then I'm returned to the skeleton login screen again. The same happens whichever of the PvE servers I choose. The only difference is that as I haven't played for the first time yet, I haven't created a character and so I don't see any of the character-related screens.

I'm based in the UK and I notice all the available servers are in the US - would that be a problem or is it related to yesterday's patch? I have a 20MB connection - pretty much as good as it gets by UK standards.

I doubt it is b/c of the location of servers or your connections (a lot faster than most in US). It sounds like the problem related to the patch. Make sure that your firewall isn't blocking your connection but it doesn't sound like that is the issue.

The US has horrible broadband compared to many other countries. I'm currently limited to either 1.5 Mbs DSL or 4 Mbs Cable, for example. FIOS is offered in places, even near where I live, but it's certainly not available everywhere.
