Hey yeah i'm new to DR and just downloading the game now i'm running dialup so its going to take 24 hours.
anyway so i'm wondering what class i should be.

if i choose my class to be a fighter can i be a rogue, blade you get where i'm coming from.

i just basicly want to know what classes there are and what they can do, i want to mostly be a rogue cause its more fun in past games i've played.
i don't think this is the right place to post in but anyway.
so pretty much if someone could link me to a guide that has some pictures aswell that would be good.

if you could post some pictures of your character that would be cool.

I don't play WoW so I am not totally sure of this, but isn't a rogue a user of ranged weapons? So being a ranger would be a better choice.

But sneaking about in the shadows is not really how you play DR. Wielding an oversized axed and smashing into the skull of the largest monster while shouting Leeroy Jenkins is.

Also in DR you can respec at any time so if you don't like your current class you can change it.

A Rogue is generally an Agility Warrior - a fighter will very high DPS and evasion rate, etc., but can't tank.

The thing about DR is that there are no real classes. What class you chose at character creation matters very little, since you can learn ALL skills and you can respec yourself anytime you want to, provided you have the money to do so. Currently however, I do not believe there is any way to create a non-STR based Fighter.Not effectively.

Rogue, it is indeed considered as an agility warrior, still im an Athletic Rogue with 1300 agi total, still 100% ranger as I got end and agi, no strenght and no int.

Mage is the best class in this game, hands down.

Maybe on the mages...haven't messed with since the AoE change...

I switch between Warrior and Warmanger with a change of gear and a switch of 1 passive. I'm pretty sure I could drop my Agi down a 100 points and still be fine on the warrior side but then it would mean respec when I wanted to mess around with something new I find for either mage or ranger.....
Of course on either build I only run up to Extreme... to costly and not enough return to do insane alone.
